Gene Expression Analysis
In gene expression analysis using qPCR, the Equator can be used for high precision dispensing of master/primer-probe mix or cDNA, depending on experiment set up.
Deerac Fluidics have developed a unique FastWash mechanism that results in below level detection when dispensing cDNA samples.This results in significant cost savings by eliminating the need to use disposable tips. (Further information can be obtained by contacting applications@deerac.com).
CVs of <2% have been achieved with volume additions as low as 800nL and with throughputs in excess of 200 plates per run, indicating the reliability and reproducibility of dispense.
