Deerac Fluidics offers its core spot-on™ technology in OEM configurations. Both the single and eight channel spot-on™ hardware can be purchased as independent control units in an easy to integrate format.This makes it easy to add high speed, low volume, non-contact dispensing to existing or custom robotics platforms.

These spot-on™ OEM modules are easy to integrate and provide the same liquid handling capabilities as the Equator™ and Latitude™ systems but they can be integrated with your custom robotics and controlled using your custom developed software. Please contact us for additional OEM information.

The spot-on™ modules come fully independent with their own pressure and vacuum sources and the core control electronics. The spot-on™ module is controlled via an RS-232 serial interface. To facilitate the software control of the unit a set of documentation is provided which includes:

•  Full description of the spot-on™ driver communications protocol.
•  Full description of the liquid handling methodology required to perform simple tasks e.g. aspirate, dispense, purge etc.
• Sample programming to assist you in the development of your custom software.
• An operations manual to assist in the integration of the hardware and in obtaining the best from your custom software.

These OEM products have been designed to ensure the customer obtains all the benefits of the developments which have made the Equator and Latitude industry standards but the capability to customise the liquid handling platform technology into their own custom product.
